Welcome to St Ives, an Ancient Fishing Port in the Far West of Cornwall. This picturesque town is famous for its beautiful beaches and artist colony dating back to the 1800s. The Saint Ives Tate Gallery along with the Hepworth Museum and the Leach Pottery have become a must for visitors.

This beautifully decorated 1st floor flat is situated right in the centre of St.Ives, opposite the round building in the market place, and the old Parish Church built in 1434. Fore Street, the cobbled shopping street of old St Ives is right on the doorstep, as also is the Harbour and the old fishing quarter with its maze of narrow lanes. From Cheriton House everything is easily accessible: the shops, entertainment, galleries, museums, and the beaches. There are no hills to climb.

The apartment is less than 50 yards from the harbour beach and only minutes from all of St.Ives beaches. The holiday accommodation sleeps two persons. Perfect for a relaxing summer holiday or a weekend break soaking up the sunshine, taking in the beautiful coastal scenery and visiting StIves museums and galleries. A short car journey opens up all of South West Cornwall. Two notable tourist attractions are Lands End and the Minack Theatre carved from the Cornish cliffs. For those who have travel by car, a short drive will give access to golf courses, tennis courts and many other local amenities. Overall, Flat 3 Cheriton House is a great alternative to a hotel, guest house or bed and breakfast. Cheriton holiday flat is available for Christmas and New Year and is let all year round.
